We are now an ‘Inclusion Quality Mark Centre of Excellence’

The School was recently recognised as an ‘Inclusion Quality Mark Centre of Excellence.’

We are an inclusive and welcoming school – something we are immensely proud of.  Following our model of embedding British Values within our curriculum and school ethos, pupils, staff and parents work hard to ensure that each child is included and that Every Child Matters to us.  Ultimately, Together We’re Better!

Following a rigorous exercise, the School received this recognition and can call ourselves a Centre of Excellence for Inclusion.  Mr Naughton, Mrs Bryant, Mrs Mohammed as well as school governors (Mrs Hahlo and Mr Sherrington) attended an awards ceremony to receive the award on behalf of the School.

As recognised by Mrs Bryant in a special worship, the hard work for the award was ultimately carried out by our learners, parents and staff who create the fantastic environment we have at School.  Smiling faces walking through the doors each morning speak volumes!
